The Great Purchase Blackout

A power outage on April 2 plunged the entire campus into darkness at approximately 3:49 p.m., leaving nearly all buildings without electricity as the blackout continued until approximately 1:20 a.m.

All evening classes and events at Purchase were canceled following a mass email announcement sent at around 6 p.m.
